Paul founded Ambry Hill Technologies (AHT) because of a deep-seated belief that the Aviation Aftermarket Industry is ready for a simplified, user friendly and intuitive business software solution that helps solve one essential problem: An unmanageable volume of requests for quote (RFQs) caused by decentralized and non-standardized inventory marketing platforms. Based on this insight, he believes the industry is in desperate need of a software provider who can solve this logistical roadblock, and is genuinely interested in customer success. As CEO of Ambry Hill Technologies, and as a cheerleader for Aviation Aftermarket Industry innovation, he is the driving force behind the disruptive and cutting-edge software solutions that AHT offers.
Vice President of Software Innovation
Originally educated in Biology and Petroleum Exploration Geology, the oil industry downturn in the
early 1990s prompted Cole’s shift to a 30 year long career in software. For a stretch in the 90s, he
worked in Federal Government Accounting software systems, before joining a major Aerospace ERP
company in 2000. For the next 18 years he held many technical roles in that company, culminating
in a multi-year stint as CTO. In those years, he became known in the Parts Trading and MRO
Software community. He was pivotal in the introduction of a new online aftermarket inventory listing
service to the marketplace; one which upped the ante with respect to how tightly such services could
be integrated to back-end inventory software systems. He further helped ERP software owners
maximize the value of their software investments, by providing tools to easily interact with services like Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with the Spec2000 standard, and offering modular, turn-key web portal systems which allow ERP owners to publish information directly to their customers via the Web.
In the years immediately prior to joining Ambry Hill, Cole worked in an academic informatics leadership role at a major pubilc research university. This allowed him to further explore cuttingedge methodologies and technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, and the application of blockchain technology for solving real world problems in data privacy and security.
In his role at Ambry Hill, Cole brings his creativity and many years of experience in the Aerospace ERP arena to bear on the Parts Trading/MRO industry’s perennial challenges. He is also excited to have the opportunity to apply powerful current technologies, like Deep Learning in Convolutional Neural Networks, and Smart Contracts on next-generation Blockchains, to design the future of technology in Aerospace business systems leadership will continue to have a positive impact on the offerings from Ambry Hill to the Aviation Aftermarket community.
Vice President of Sales
With over 20 years of experience working in the Aviation Business Software Industry, Richard has
become a well-known expert. His journey began as a Sales Representative for a Parts Distribution
Company at just 20 years of age. With knowledge of the industry under his belt, he then joined an
Aviation Software Company. Starting out in Technical Support, he eagerly worked his way into sales
ultimately becoming their Director of Sales. Over his extensive career in Aviation, he has earned the
respect of his colleagues while working with major OEMs, Airlines, MROs and Parts Trading
Upon joining Ambry Hill Technologies, Richard is leading the Sales and Software Adoption Teams to bring the most cutting-edge Ambry Hill solutions to the marketplace. Having a thorough understanding of the customers’ business models, details of the industry and the specifics of daily business transactions is critical to successfully deploying solutions within the marketplace.
His leadership and forward-thinking vision help to propel our software solution forward in Ambry Hill’s overall goal of helping our customers operate their business more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Sr. Director of Business Development
Andrew comes to Ambry Hill Technologies with over 20 years of experience working in the software industry. A San Diego native, he has spent the last 18 years providing specialized software solutions to the aviation industry.
Andrew started his career in software at the age of 20, working as a customer support representative in the financial services industry. After the economic downturn in 2001, Andrew moved into the aviation space working for an ERP software provider designed and marketed exclusively for the aviation industry.
This role provided Andrew the opportunity to work with hundreds of North American and International MRO facilities, Part Distributors, Maintenance Facilities and Part Manufactures, during their evaluation and selection of new business management software. This experience lead to a thorough understanding of aviation best practice processes and a passion for providing solutions that meet the current and future challenges of our industry.

Regional Sales Manager
Tripp comes to AHT with 19 years of experience in the aviation industry as a Sales Director for one of the world’s largest Web-Based parts locator companies. Prior to that, Tripp had 15 years of sales and management experience in the automotive and industrial market places. He is a highly accomplished sales and management professional with extensive experience in developing new markets, B2B consultative sales, account management and delivering the highest level of customer service. Tripp possesses a strong ability to forge solid business relationships and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization. Strong communication skills, tactical business planning, customer relationships & loyalty, as well as extensive Major Account management are some of his strongest skills. In addition to working with hundreds of small independent companies, Tripp has also worked with some of the world’s largest aviation OEM’s, distributors, MRO facilities and aftermarket providers, specializing in Market Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions. Tripp thrives in situations where an “out of the box” mindset is crucial in solving customers’ needs at multiple levels. Tripp came to AHT because he recognized the unique and powerful impact Vista Quote can offer aviation companies, as well as the extensive and versatile suite of solutions AHT provides to the aviation marketplace.
Director of Software Technology
As a leading .Net developer, Malkesh comes to Ambry Hill Technologies with a rich background. He earned a Bachelors in Computer Applications in 2004 and Masters in Business Administration in 2006. He has dedicated his career to mastering Microsoft technologies in a hosted environment including Visual Basic 6, C# and .Net as well as MS SQL, MySQL and other leading database architectures. His accomplishments include the creation of complete CRM solutions to dynamic multi-thread web technologies and now the ground breaking technology of VistaQuote. Malkesh is the key technology driver and architect behind the cutting edge Aviation Software called VistaQuote. His expertise and leadership will continue to have a positive impact on the offerings from Ambry Hill to the Aviation Aftermarket community.

Kelly has excelled in many areas where technology is what it takes to make companies successful.
She has experience in every department associated with the operational side of a successful aviation
company. Using existing ERP systems and integration software, Kelly has successfully provided many
solutions to complex operational and process challenges, throughout her career.
As a power user of popular aviation business software systems, she offers knowledge from every phase of the sales pipeline. She joined Ambry Hill because of its unique ability to bring real-world solutions to the market and resolve challenges that she has experienced in her own career. Excited about the Vista Quote offering, she recognizes that it gives sales teams the ability to spend more time on relationships and less time on processing quotes. Director of Information Technology
With dedication, leading work ethic and integrity, Perry Whitlow brings over 20 years of Technical Engineering expertise to Ambry Hill Technologies. He earned his Associates Degree in Electronics in ’99 and his passion for Informational Technology only grew from there. Over the years, Perry has built a diverse background in software and hardware development, installations, and troubleshooting resolution. He holds a high skill set in Microsoft SMB, NFS, HTTP, HDFS Protocol Specifications, Python code and bash scripting. Alongside his growing success in technology, Perry efficaciously owns and operates his own photography business. His impeccable leadership skills, dedication to his career, and his hunger for knowledge have led him to the success he sees today and will continue to experience with Ambry Hill Technologies.
Product Brand Manager
Eric’s professional expertise is in marketing, integrated communications, and customer service. Most
of his professional experience comes from nearly 8 years with the largest quick service chicken chain
in the U.S.- Chick-fil-A, where he held both operations manager and marketing director roles.
He earned a BA from Southeastern Louisiana University in Integrated Marketing Communications and is an entrepreneur who has started three different business of his own. Eric is increasingly fascinated by the possibility of achieving that which seems impossible. He enjoys learning more about topics complementary to his current pursuits like website coding and design, graphic design, photography, and video production.
Manager of Customer Relations
Jason has 20 years experience in the IT field and has dedicated his career to assisting businesses and their users in getting the most out of their IT platforms, applications and services.
A San Diego State School of Business alumnus, Jason started his journey in the IT world working for a B2B technology company assisting apparel manufactures in automating their sales order processing. As a member of a small startup, where resources were scarce at times, Jason took the initiative to wear multiple hats, giving him the opportunity to learn almost every aspect of running the day-today business operations.
During the company’s acquisition in 2006, Jason’s experience as a project leader ensured that the business resources and clients transitioned seamlessly to the new company’s environments. That success led to a position where he spent 12 years with CenterStone Technologies as a Technical Account Manager working with some of the largest Apparel and Sporting Goods brands in the World.
Jason brings to the table unprecedented commitment to user support, backed by technical knowledge and the patience to help, and ensure the success of, the most challenging customers. His demeanor in difficult situations and positive outlook mean that he is recognized as a force driving customer satisfaction and client success through diverse environments.
