A well known consultant in the Aviation Aftermarket Industry with over 20 years in business operations and software technology, Paul has a knack for innovative approaches to solving daily business problems. Paul founded Ambry Hill Technologies (AHT) because of a deep-seated belief that the Aviation Aftermarket Industry is ready for a simplified, user friendly and intuitive business software solution that helps solve one essential problem: An unmanageable volume of requests for quote (RFQs) caused by decentralized and non-standardized inventory marketing platforms. Based on this insight, he believes the industry is in desperate need of a software provider who can solve this logistical roadblock, and is genuinely interested in customer success.
As CEO of Ambry Hill Technologies, and as a cheerleader for Aviation Aftermarket Industry innovation, he is the driving force behind the disruptive and cutting-edge software solutions that AHT offers.
Experience:
Originally educated in Biology and Petroleum Exploration Geology, the oil industry downturn in the early 1990s prompted Cole’s shift to a 30 year long career in software. For a stretch in the 90s, he worked in Federal Government Accounting software systems, before joining a major Aerospace ERP company in 2000. For the next 18 years he held many technical roles in that company, culminating in a multi-year stint as CTO. In those years, he became known in the Parts Trading and MRO Software community. He was pivotal in the introduction of a new online aftermarket inventory listing service to the marketplace; one which upped the ante with respect to how tightly such services could be integrated to back-end inventory software systems. He further helped ERP software owners maximize the value of their software investments, by providing tools to easily interact with services like Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with the Spec2000 standard, and offering modular, turn-key web portal systems which allow ERP owners to publish information directly to their customers via the Web.
In the years immediately prior to joining Ambry Hill, Cole worked in an academic informatics leadership role at a major pubilc research university. This allowed him to further explore cuttingedge methodologies and technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, and the application of blockchain technology for solving real world problems in data privacy and security.
In his role at Ambry Hill, Cole brings his creativity and many years of experience in the Aerospace ERP arena to bear on the Parts Trading/MRO industry’s perennial challenges. He is also excited to have the opportunity to apply powerful current technologies, like Deep Learning in Convolutional Neural Networks, and Smart Contracts on next-generation Blockchains, to design the future of technology in Aerospace business systems.

After finishing university, Neil started his career in aviation at a renowned aviation company in the United Kingdom. Starting in sales and repairs he then became involved in the implementation of their ERP system and decided that technology was the career for him. For the last 19 years Neil has been implementing, training, and supporting MROs, stockists, and distributors globally on an aviation specific ERP system and is dedicated to promoting best practice and lean processing.
Neil has a passion for aviation and always works hard with his customers to leverage technology and create harmonious integrated processes which not only deliver on workflow efficiency but on all aspects of quality. Neil is excited to join Ambry Hill with their exciting range of products and their philosophy and approach to building software - that everything is built with the user experience in mind and efficiency and quality at the forefront.

Tiffany began her professional career in Aviation more than 15 years ago but has spent her entire life surrounded by aviators. With a family full of pilots and aircraft mechanics, it only seemed fitting that her first position as an Accountant would be at an MRO. While there, she became involved in the implementation of a new ERP system and quickly shifted her focus to the information systems side of accounting. Since then, Tiffany has worked for some of the most prominent industry-specific software providers, with a focus on implementation and process improvement. She’s implemented new solutions and provided countless hours of consulting to some of the leading aviation part suppliers and repair facilities.
Tiffany is excited to bring her unique set of accounting, software, and real-world aviation experience to the Ambry Hill team.

As a leading .Net developer, Malkesh comes to Ambry Hill Technologies with a rich background. He earned a Bachelors in Computer Applications in 2004 and Masters in Business Administration in 2006. He has dedicated his career to mastering Microsoft technologies in a hosted environment including Visual Basic 6, C# and .Net as well as MS SQL, MySQL and other leading database architectures. His accomplishments include the creation of complete CRM solutions to dynamic multi-thread web technologies and now the ground breaking technology of Vista-Quote.
Malkesh is the key technology driver and architect behind the cutting edge Aviation Software called Vista-Quote. His expertise and leadership will continue to have a positive impact on the offerings from Ambry Hill to the Aviation Aftermarket community.

Best known for his boring jokes and managing StockMarket.aero, Stephen Powell has been providing training for half a dozen industry specific software systems and touched the aviation industry in a myriad of ways. Stephen has dedicated his career to helping people find and use a software solution to fit their need and has rarely done it without one of his signature bowties on.

Jason has 20 years experience in the IT field and has dedicated his career to assisting businesses and their users in getting the most out of their IT platforms, applications and services.
A San Diego State School of Business alumnus, Jason started his journey in the IT world working for a B2B technology company assisting apparel manufactures in automating their sales order processing. As a member of a small startup, where resources were scarce at times, Jason took the initiative to wear multiple hats, giving him the opportunity to learn almost every aspect of running the day-today business operations.
During the company’s acquisition in 2006, Jason’s experience as a project leader ensured that the business resources and clients transitioned seamlessly to the new company’s environments. That success led to a position where he spent 12 years with CenterStone Technologies as a Technical Account Manager working with some of the largest Apparel and Sporting Goods brands in the World.
Jason brings to the table unprecedented commitment to user support, backed by technical knowledge and the patience to help, and ensure the success of, the most challenging customers. His demeanor in difficult situations and positive outlook mean that he is recognized as a force driving customer satisfaction and client success through diverse environments.

Juan Fernandez is a motivated leader with 15+ years of experience in Operations, Contract Management, Project Management, and International Sales in the aeronautic, cruise, and construction industries. He has effective management skills, is fully bilingual (English / Spanish), and has extensive multicultural knowledge of American and Latin American business environments. Juan pursued a master’s degree in business administration and project management certification.
His experience has motivated him to strengthen additional skills such as leadership, management, sales, negotiation, data analysis, supply chain, and effective communication. Juan is well-oriented, hardworking, and determined to develop lasting professional relationships with Ambry Hill coworkers and customers.

Eric’s professional expertise is in marketing, integrated communications, and customer service. Most of his professional experience comes from nearly 12 years with the largest quick service chicken chain in the U.S.- Chick-fil-A, where he held both operations manager and marketing director roles.
He earned a BA from Southeastern Louisiana University in Integrated Marketing Communications and is an entrepreneur who has started three different business of his own. Eric is increasingly fascinated by the possibility of achieving that which seems impossible. He enjoys learning more about topics complementary to his current pursuits like website coding and design, graphic design, photography, and video production.

Jeanie brings 20 plus years of Software Implementation, Training and Support experience to Ambry Hill Technologies. Jeanie began her career in the Healthcare Industry working her way up to manage a multi-facility, multi-physician medical practice.
This opportunity lead to a position to begin software training with Practice Management Software. Jeanie took a couple of years and trained Independent Insurance Agency Management Software and began learning Implementation.
After returning to the Healthcare IT arena Jeanie trained and implemented multiple Electronic Health Record Systems in the Carolinas as an employee of a major healthcare organization in the area and across the United States in a consultant role. While working in Healthcare IT Jeanie has had the opportunity to train in a classroom setting, provide onsite one on one training with Physicians and staff, work in Telemedicine, provide At The Elbow Support during Go Live, provide software, hardware and technical support, and work with several ancillary products including signature capture, credit cards, scanners both document and bar code, and palm scanners.
The past several years, Jeanie has been with a pharmaceutical software company managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working within State and Federal Guidelines to get the pharmacy live on new software in a timely manner.

Jonathan Whitman obtained his Degree from Rasmussen College in 2019 and later worked for T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless in sales and support. His skills learned from his Associates in Software Application Development has been instrumental in building Ambry Hill’s data services infrastructure. His knowledge of object-oriented language combined with SQL, database architecture and networking has given him a solid base of knowledge to build upon.
Jonathan’s background in technology sales and service has been a great asset in his direct customer interactions where he delivers customer data migrations, customized forms and reports, and comprehensive data analytics solutions.

As a technology enthusiast, Fernando studied Mechatronic Engineering, but his constant contact with software development fueled his curiosity for learning more about coding.
Fernando started as a junior developer, but then chose to further expand his skillset to include a “full-stack” approach to developing software. This has allowed him to acquire vast knowledge in the vertical integration of different systems across sectors like energy production, pharmaceutical, banking, food service, data science, aerospace, and machine learning.
Over the years, he has worked for various software firms whose focus of development was primarily for U.S. based companies. After 18 years developing software and the latest 4 years as a technical decision-maker as a Software Architect, Fernando joins Ambry Hill to help design and build solutions for the aviation aftermarket.

Brenda is a senior-level, hands-on, strategic Financial Leader with expertise in both domestic and international businesses primarily within manufacturing environments. She is a creative and resourceful thought leader with a proven ability to enhance business processes and procedures during mergers and acquisitions, thereby improving efficiency and bottom-line results.
Brenda has managed finance teams responsible for the successful completion of complex projects supporting productivity efforts within manufacturing operations and facilities. She has also led the annual strategic planning process to identify long-term actions for profitable business growth. She has served as an integral internal resource for Finance and Technology, collaborating with C-suite executives, board members, and business unit managers.

Frank Kapper is a proven software industry business executive with 30+ years of progressive senior management-level experience leading successful privately held and publicly traded SaaS software companies across a diverse set of industries including aerospace and defense, aviation, and manufacturing. Effort, achievement, and corporate-level recognition and rewards has been the pattern of his career in the software industry with a demonstrated track record of success in strategizing, formulating, negotiating, and closing revenue-rich, multi-year SaaS and perpetual software licensing, implementation, integration and support contracts.
His unique and industry-proven approach to applying Lean, DMAIC, and Six Sigma methodologies, combined with proven IT solutions, to enable, sustain, and accelerate the bottom-line operational and financial performance of the companies he has served in and supported has resulted delighted customers, high Net Promoter Scores, and excellent retention rates.
Frank’s most recent twelve-year role as General Manager of Upland Software’s Ultriva product line included overall responsibility the Ultriva P&L, marketing and sales operations, professional services, and customer success management.

His ambitions and knowledge continued to expand when suddenly an opportunity presented itself to relocate to Europe.
Now residing in Amsterdam, he migrated into the aviation industry with a particular interest in the software landscape. He aims to understand how quality products solve the everyday problems for aviation operators.

Dale Morrow is a seasoned aviation professional with over 25 years of experience in FAA 145 MRO operations, AS9100/AS9110 standards, international program management, and technical sales. Most recently at Lufthansa Technik, he led global MES (Mobile Engine Services) standardization and production planning across six international sites, playing a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement within commercial engine programs.
Dale’s career began as an A&P technician and evolved into senior leadership roles, reflecting his deep technical knowledge and customer-focused approach. At BizJet International, he advanced from engine technician to Regional Sales Manager, supporting engine and airframe services for major operators such as Citation, Lear, Gulfstream, and Falcon. He has worked extensively with engine platforms including Pratt & Whitney, CFM, GE, Honeywell, and Rolls-Royce. He also held leadership positions at Worthington Aviation and International Turbine Industries, where he focused on engine overhaul setup, business development, and surplus material programs. With a strong track record in global MRO, sales, and strategic growth, Dale brings a powerful blend of hands-on expertise and executive insight to every organization he joins.

Caleb is excited and eager to support the Aviation Aftermarket community through his career-launching position with Ambry Hill Technologies as a Product Support Technician.
He obtained his BS in Computer Networking from the prestigious Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and undertook several development projects spanning a variety of disciplines. This education has given him the know-how to understand complex technical issues and guide users through the software.
Caleb’s work with youth in TV production and broadcasting at summer camps has honed his customer service skills through patience, empathy, and the ability to articulate complex scenarios in easy-to-understand terms.
He is excited to help AHT customers achieve their goals and support their business objectives on the Vista-Suite and Vista-Quote platforms.

Jorge's more than 7 years of varied positions allow him to rapidly adopt new skills and assist in his building of proficiency in skills such as technical support, customer assistance, and QA Testing. A majority of these varied experiences originate from positions that are not as well defined as most, but he has had both positions in startup companies and well-established companies.
This experience allows him to provide a very close level of support to individuals while not losing sight of the bigger picture when it comes to feature testing in our Vista-Quote and Vista-Suite products.
Jorge's responsibilities involve providing support to our customers, both technical and training-related assistance, as well as testing and tracking issues for our web and mobile products.

Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He began his career at NCO Financial Management before relocating to Florida, where he discovered his passion for aviation technology.
He spent more than a decade at PartsBase Inc., starting as an Account Executive and advancing into leadership roles. Over five years, he managed the acquisitions team, followed by three years as Director of Customer Success. In these roles, Tyler worked closely with MROs, distributors, airlines, defense contractors, manufacturers, and Fortune 500 companies, helping them adopt innovative SaaS solutions tailored to the aviation industry.
With a career built on cultivating strong relationships and delivering technology-driven results, Tyler thrives on the challenge of creating customer success and building long-term partnerships.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his son, playing golf (and always aiming to hit them straight), and taking full advantage of life in the Sunshine State.
